(1) We are the only Internet Authorized Megaloud Dealer to sell Megaloud High End, Sound Quality Car Audio Products online.

(2) All Megaloud products come with a full manufacture’s warranty raging from 1-2 years.

(3) Due to our new express shipping process, your order will be processed within 12 regular business hours.

(4) We will replace, repair, or refund merchandise found to be defective after installation by a qualified installation specialist.

(5) We can only accept items returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and wiring. The cost of any items found to be missing or cosmetically damaged will be deducted from the merchandise refund.

(6) Orders being shipped to a PO Box or orders requesting 2nd day shipping, or order being shipped to an address other than the billing address will not be processed without a valid phone number.

(7) We will gladly accept non-defective merchandise returns on selected products. However, shipping costs are the responsibility of the returnee, and there will be a 15% re-stocking fee.

(8) We will not be held responsible for any installation or re-installation costs.
